Terms and Conditions

1)    Free entry is available from the 4th – 21st April 2025, inclusive of these dates, for individuals who meet the Mbappé Shirt Criteria. It is at the sole discretion of the Attraction as to whether the Mbappé Shirt Criteria have been met.
2)    To claim free entry, guests must:
a)    Be under the age of 16 on the day of visit; and
b)    Be wearing an official Kylian Mbappé shirt to the Attraction. For the avoidance of doubt, this consists of official shirts for the French National Team, Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain (PSG) or A.S. Monaco (the “Mbappé Shirt Criteria”).
All other visitors are required to pay for entry.
3)    Free entry to Madame Tussauds London (the “Attraction”) is only available after 3pm on 4th – 21st April 2025.
4)    All children (under 16) must be accompanied by a full paying adult (18+).
5)    Groups will not be eligible for free entry if only one member of the party has met the Mbappé Shirt Criteria.
6)    Free entry cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
7)    Tickets purchased prior to or during this promotion are non-refundable.
